They call it an eggless, cheeseless quiche. I call it a freakin’ healthy fritata.
Take a bunch of vegetables. I used broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, onions and green and red peppers. Saute them in a pan using olive oil or cooking spray until the broccoli is a little softer. DO NOT FRY. Just saute….

Materials:
Capri Sun Juice (or a healthier alternative)
Fresh Fruit Slices
Popsicle Sticks
Popsicle Molds (if you don’t have any, you can use small cups)Take the Capri Sun Juice and pour it in to the molds, add some fresh fruit slices and the popsicle sticks, and pop them in the freezer. They make the perfect summer treat. Enjoy!
